2. Camera -PesoGO requires access to your mobile device's camera to capture images of your identification and facial recognition, thereby expediting the loan application process. Image information will be uploaded via a secure connection to our servers (https://pesogo.ph) and stored. We will not share your personal data with third parties unless you give your explicit consent.

4. Why do we need your personal information?

The information we collect is used to contact you and identify your identity, specifically including:

Verifying your identity and the other information you provide;

Assessing your eligibility to use our products or services;

Facilitating your loan repayments through PesoGO;

Resolving issues encountered by you or other customers while using PesoGO services;

Providing customer service or support and handling disputes and complaints;

Managing systems, maintaining service quality, and compiling usage statistics;

Investigating, combating, and preventing fraud and other illegal uses of our services;
